Jullion Taylor, Jr, CEO and Co-Founder of Capitol Enterprise Business Group, LLC, has more than 13 years’ of combined experience in areas of business development, marketing, project management, grant writing, fund development, legal compliance, and international trade.  From 2000 through 2006, Jullion served on active duty for the United States Navy performing military-related legal support duties pertaining to both civil and military matters. In addition Jullion has been instrumental in the creation of the financial and business plans and launch of a variety start-up business ventures. Jullion has been the key business advisor and responsible for the successful start-up of over 45 businesses and nonprofit organizations in a wide-range of diverse industries. 

From 2013 through 2016, Jullion led Wiley Rein, LLP’s International Trade Practice Group, as the practice coordinator.  Wiley Rein’s International Trade Practice, recognized by Chambers USA as one of the country’s elite international trade practices, represents clients in domestic and international trade regulation matters, market access issues and dispute resolution. Named an “International Trade Group of the Year” for six consecutive years by Law360, Jullion manages a Team that has significant experience with many issues shaping industries’ global competitive environment. From 2008 through 2013, Jullion was the senior litigation project manager for Littler Mendelson, PC, located in Washington, DC. Jullion was the project manager for all employment & labor law litigation matters, international and compliance audit projects. As a member of the Compliance Audit Services Group, Jullion was the lead administrator for a dynamic auditing service designed to help organizations achieve, maintain, and monitor all aspects of employment labor law and human resource compliance.

Jullion holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University Maryland, University College (UMUC). Jullion is an active member of the UMUC MBA Mentoring Program and CLICKS--CLEO Legally Inspired College Kohorts of Students in which he consults with students regarding their career choices. By volunteering his expertise and experience, he enjoys the opportunity to give back to the community and his profession.
